Faith, I, too, have had the same problem....I have Comcast, too, so don't know if that is the problem or not, I also use Firefox, but tried IE and couldn't get it either. That was 2 days ago. Yesterday when I tried, I was able to get the images for awhile, then it went to that Treeview blank page thing, then I tried another year and was able to get images again. I sure don't know why this is happening though. At one point, I rebooted my computer....but really don't know if that helped or not. Anyone else have any ideas or have been having the same problem?
