Does anyone know where the archives of the old Girard Trust Company from the 1930s would be housed? This is the bank that was where the current Ritz Carleton is now located. We are trying to locate my husband's half brother and know that he was born out of wedlock in the mid 1930s and that my husband's father supported the child up until his untimely death in 1942. His banking records may provide a clue as to whom he sent the money to provide for the child. This seems to be our only hope as dective agencies say that without the mother's name it is virtually impossible to locate the child. Please help!
