A attended Finletter School in Olney and always assumed it was named after Thomas K. Finletter, Secretary of the Air Force under President Truman. However, I recently discovered that another Finletter school was in existance in the late 1800s, also named after a "T. K. Finletter". It was built in 1873. Anyone have an idea who this T. K. Finletter was? Larry B.
