    2. I just recently got the records for someone who was in Eastern State from 1874-1886. There was an overlap of record keeping, at least for the years I was looking at which made it a great find. Those records are at the Pennsylvania State Archives in Harrisburg. If you go their website at: http://www.phmc.state.pa.us/bah/dam/holdings.htm?secid=31 It will take you to the section for Department of Justice Records. You want to look at Record Group 15 and it will show you which records and years of their holdings. I do remember that the year 1907 was included in the records I looked at. Walt Lafty Phila.
