I missed the original post about O'Donnell, but I'm finding the following death indexes to be helpful (I've only used some, not all), and they may be ordered through and viewed at Family History Centers (see www.familysearch.org). Here is what to look for: Title: Death registeres, 1860-1903 Authors: Philadelphia (Pennsylvania). Board of Health. Death Indexes 1860-1865, 1866-1869, and so on through 1903. Then there are the Death Index Cards films that cover the years 1904 through 1915. Hope this helps! If these are available elsewhere, I'm sure others will know and post where.
