I was told by Ancestry that their main # is 800-262-3787, you get a menu and you make your selection. 801-431-5220 is also an Ancestry number where you get the same menu as above. I also tried 800-442-1734 and got right through to a "person". She seemed to be able to help in all areas of Ancestry. Good luck. Elayne
