Good afternoon, everyone, I am in search of information concerning my BURY relatives from Philadelphia. In order to determine the death date of William (aka Bazyli) BURY between 1920-1930, I thought that city directories might be my best bet. I live about 3-4 hours from Philadelphia; can someone tell me the best and most economical way to access these from afar - should I write to a certain library or society with my request? Just order the LDS films? Contact a certain look-up volunteer? I'd appreciate any direction on this one. Also, Angeline HORST died in Dec. 1988, per SSDI, last res. Philadelphia, PA. I checked the Philadelphia Inquirer microfilms for over a month and found nothing. Any other source out there for a death notice, obit, etc.? If anyone has information on the following family, or can give suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it. They were ethnic Ukrainians | Rusyns. The mother, Anna, was buried from St. Josaphat's Catholic Church (a Polish church?) in St. Mary's Cemetery (Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church). The daughter, Stephanie, was Russian Orthodox. If anyone can help and would like a look-up exchange in Central Pennsylvania (Centre County area), I'm happy to oblige you in gratitude. Angeline, born 1 Aug 1914 in Blair Co, PA, baptized 3 Aug 1914 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, PA; died Dec. 1988 in Philadelphia; married a Mr. HORST. 2. Mary, born ca. July 1916 in Ohio; died 1954? in Western U.S.?? 3. Madeline, born ca. Dec. 1917 in Ohio; m. a Mr. EGAN. May still be living, somewhere?? 4. Stephanie, born 9 Jan 1919 in PA; d. 11 Oct. 1980 in Philadelphia; bur. Oakland Cem., Philadelphia; m. William Lebisky and had 2 children in Phila. area., which data I have. 5.
