Philip, It took me 9 months to get a death cert. from them. Then a week later I got a letter saying they couldn't find it. what's up with that ?? I sent a request for two death cert. and received them within a month. Guess I just got lucky or the timing was right. I sent my requests in two envelopes with two return envelopes and they even sent them in one envelope and returned the unused envelope. I was really pleased with their response.
