    1. need 1900 ward info
    2. Does anyone have a source that shows the ward and/or enumeration district of the 3100-3300 section of Frankford Ave in 1900? I can't find anything that lists it. I'm looking for the Louis Hillegas family. He shows up in 1910, but not 1900, and they lived in the area for years and years. Thanks. Marilyn
