I just signed up for the 14 free trial yesterday. They even called me this morning to make sure I was finding what I wanted. I have to say that I'm really pleased with what I'm finding and think the $179/year for access to all their US material will work just fine for me. Today I had trouble logging onto ancestry at www.ancestry.com . In fact when I put in that address, it took me to the page to sign up for the 14 day trial period. I finally went into google.com and put in the same URL and went right to their home page. I did just now (5p.m. Seattle/GO SEAHAWKS time) try to look up some 1920 census images and it went to a page that said they were updating things and to try back later. So maybe that's what is happening to you. Michele
