I am trying to find a marriage date for Thomas Ferguson and Dorothy Katherine Balcom. Their son (my grandfather), Wallace Ferguson, was born in Philadelphia on March 15, 1927. I am not positive where te wedding took place, but want to start in Philadelphia. I don't know which city department keeps records for this period, or how to request. If anyone is able to do a lookup, I am willing to pay reasonable fees (reproduction, etc). Jason
