Seeking parents and siblings of Walter Black, born November 19, 1882 in Pennsylvania, possibly Philadelphia County. His parents were most likely from Ireland but we have no other information on them. He married Elsie M. Stritzel in PA 1909/10 as they were newly weds on the 1910 census in Philadelphia County. He indicated that his parents were from Ireland on the 1910 census.
