    3. Paul, Don't tell me they are slow at the Free Public Library.......I just e-mailed them today. I was going to drop them a request and someone gave me the e-mail address. I hope they are faster that the Bureau of Vital Stistics It takes them 6-9 months to act. I just got a death cert I requested in July. and I mean just as in Yesterday. What kind of turn around time am I looking at ?
