    3. Hello Ginger, The Catholic archives has that record. The church is Old St. Mary's, founded 1763. It is a lovely church in the historic district of Philadelphia surrounded by a cemetery where, among others like my second great-grandmother, Commodore John Barry is interred. http://www.rc.net/philadelphia/pahrc/ is the archives website. You can download a form to send to them.
