    3. I just rec'd a copy of an obit for my gg uncle, William C. Neff, who died 27 May 1919 in Philadelphia. Among the many organizations he belonged to one was the Anti-Cobden Club. I used "google" and found a few listings with that organization; however they were all obits from Philadelphia - nothing about the organization itself. William was a Vet with the City of Philadelphia. He also belonged to the Police Beneficial Association, 19th Ward Executive Committee, and employee of Police Van Stables and Recorder of Deeds Office.
