Trying to locate the birth of Ellen Lynch in Philadelphia about 1890 or 1891. Her parents Charles Lynch and Ellen Doogan(Dougan) and two little girls under 4 years had emigrated there from Donegal Ireland about 1889. Their address there is unknown. It seems they only stayed in the Us for about 2 or three years. It was not too common for immigrants to make the return journey to Ireland especially with very young children.
