I have an obituary for a Felix O'Hanlon (35) buried in 1894 at St Peter and St Paul Cemetery, which I believe is in the Philly area. Would anyone have knowledge of this cemetery? Thanks. Paul
Paul, According to AniMap Plus, a normally very good source of such information on CD, there are numerous "St. Peter" OR St. Paul" Cemeteries all around the area, but the only "Saint Peter and Paul Cemetery" listed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is in Luzern County. No specific city or township stated, so I hope this helps. David E. Paul, If you find that the cemetery is maintained/managed by the Philadelphia Archdiocesan, then you're in luck. If you have a name and date, you can very easily get a listing of everyone buried in the same plot. I have "uncovered" a few relatives that way. You can get the plot records from: Archdiocesan Cemeteries Office 111 South 38th Street Philadelphia, PA 19104 (215) 895-3450. (e-mail: cemetery@adphila.org) If you e-mail them with the information, including your street address, they will mail you the plot listing in a few days. They have been great.
