Hello Everyone, I am trying to locate the birth record of Jacob RINK, b. June 26, 1868 in Phila. (according to 1900 Census). His parents were Geo. W. Rink and Sophia (Nee Unk). I did write to the Dept. of Records, City Archives in Phila. which rendered "No registration of Birth" for the month of June 1867, 1868 and 1869. Where do I go from there? Thanks for the help ~ Dori
