I am seeking information about the David Thomas whose death appears in the Philadelphia will abstract signed June 29, 1717, proved August 6, 1718. His will names wife Mary and children: Thomas, Richard David, Samson David, John David, Catherine, Anne (Evans), Gwen and Mary. Witnesses were Griffith and William Jones. This may be the same David Thomas who appears earlier in Chester County records. His sons and descendants adopted the surname David or Davis. I'd be grateful for any information. Thanks so much!
