Hi, i live in Malta a small island near italy europe. We have no LDS library on the island so research is difficult. I just e mailed Philadelphia city archives to ask for a death look up for an ancestor for the year 1877. Just for the look up is 40 dollars without the certificate. This is a terrible price . I know all hobbies cost money but this is far to much indeed ! Can any other person suggest any way i can find if a record exists ? Thank you. Keith in Malta.
