    1. Civil War Marker
    2. My great grandfather fought in the Civil War and is buried at North Cedar Hill Cemetery in Philly. There is no veteran marker on his grave. Does anyone know how I can rectify this? I talked to the office personnel because there was no flag on the grave for the 4th of July and she said it was not their responsibility. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. 3. I am interested in the answer you get,Dottie. There are a few Civil War soldier's graves in my area and they just have regular markers, but denote service in the Civil War. 3. Try this website for information: http://www.cem.va.gov/hm.htm It is usually a local veterans' group or a lineage society that places flags on the graves of soldiers. Suzanne C.
