    3. 4004 Walnut Street is a valid address. What stands there is another question. It would be close to a corner property. 522 N. 19th St. is also valid. It is just north of Spring Garden St. 520 W. 19th St. is not valid. There seems to be some thought that the snippet at http://home.comcast.net/~eile/1901.gif says this: sister Minnie O'Hanlon 4004 Walnut St. and below: brother Pat Murphy 522 N. 19th st or 520 W. 19th St Can anyone tell me, did 4004 walnut exist in 1901 Philly? I guess 522 N 19th is more likely, since I am told that numbered streets ran north/south. Paul

    1. Re: [PAPHL] military
    2. You can try to get info about his service record from the National Archives. I've got several copies of their form NATF-86 (National Archives Order For Copies of Military Service Records). The forms instructions include the following: "DO NOT use this form for any request relating to military service in World War I or II, or subsequent service. Write to: National Personnel Records Center, Military Personnel Records, 9700 Page Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63132-5100. For additional information about these later records, visit eVetrecs at www.archives.gov". I don't know what places to suggest for any kind of medical information. Hope this helps. Stephen C.
