Good afternoon, I am new to the list and this is my first posting. Many years ago I was born in Hgb. My grand parents were Emma Hepford and Isaac Landis Nisley. I am trying to find break down a wall on the Hepford side and checking out every lead that I come across. The Harrisburg Statesman newspaper printed on Wed. May 11,1831 that John Hepford and Matilda Shafhirt, were married in Carlisle by Rev. Mr, Sheaffer. I would appreciate any info on the church that could be involved so I might try to find info on John Hepford or Matilda Shafhirt. Thanks, Fred
