    3. Hell to all, I am still looking for information on my family. Husband was Robert Buchanan, wife was Margaret Murray. They had several children. One was my G-G-Grandad. His name was Wilson Murray Buchanan. Know they were married in Perry County, Buffalo Twp. Can anyone out there help me, find the names of children, where they were married, and buried. Know they were married abt. 1830. Robert also could of gone by Wilson. Thank you Salli in Oregon

    3. Hello Salli, Not sure if this is the correct one for you but this is what I found: 1860 Census Independence Twp., Washington Co., PA [Series M653, Roll 1192, p. 597] Buchanan, Robert, 47, m, w, b. in VA, farmer Margaret H., 35, f, w, b. in PA Anna Mary, 10, f, w, b. in PA Maria T., 8, f, w, b. in PA Kate L., 5, f, w, b. in PA 1870 Census - same location [Series M593. Roll 1463, P. 200] Buchanan, Robert, 58, farmer, b. in WV (note that WV had now become a separate state from VA) -real estate $36,500, pers. prop $6,010 Margaret, 44, keeping house, b. in PA Anna M., 20, at home Maria T., 17, at home Kate L., 15, at home Bertha B., 7, at home. This was found at www.heritagequestonline.com There was no listing in PA for either a Robert or Margaret of the appropriate ages in 1900. One listing for a Margaret of the correct age did not match as she was listed as b. in Ireland. Good luck in your search.
