Looking for the COONEY or KUNEY family. William Cooney and Hannah had most of their children in Perry County, PA, and just prior to 1850 moved to Peoria Co. Illinois. In 1862 they moved to Butte County, CA. Tracing any of the families descendants, or also very interested in Perry Co and the Samuel Cooney and Peter Cooney on the Census, (1820-1840). I descend from Wm's daughter Aseneth Cooney who married John W. Bennett.
