Dear Janet, My cousin, Doug Reisinger, recently published a genealogy on the Reisinger Family. This book lists some 200+ Jacob's marring into the 'REISINGER' family, not 'Resinger'. I confirmed the 1830 marriage of Susan Reisinger to Nicholas Jacobs, b. 20-NOV-1809 in Roseburg, Perry Co. (son of Peter Jacobs and Elizabeth Rice), occupation: Farmer & Blacksmith, d. 8 JULY 1877, buried: Buffalo Cem, Saville, Perry Co. I think Doug is in his third or perhaps fouth publication of the book. Last I heard, he was still selling it for $25. His research is dependable and very well done. You might want to contact Doug, who lives in Harrisburg, PA and see if he still has any Reisinger Family genealogy books left.
