Subject to certain stipulations to be performed by George M. Kern. Susanna Kern states she is 82 years old, contracting mind, but unable to move about, due to an injury to lower limbs (right side), which occurred by a fall in May 1890. George M. Kern, single man, residing in Illinois, came to Perry County in the latter part of May, 1887, he being Susanna Kern's nephew (son of her brother, not named). Entered: December 15, 1890.
