Daniel McClintock obtained a warrant for a tract of land adjoining the same tract, which sd. 2 tracts contain in whole, 236 acres....which by an Indenture dated 2 May 1797, conveyed to Nicholas Snyder and Simon Kern, Sr., as tenants in common. Simon Kern Sr., and Susannah, his wife, by their Indenture dated 15 January 1798, conveyed the one undivided half of the aforesaid tract to Ludwig Kern and Simon Kern, Jr., as tenants in common and whereas parties above mentioned, had the aforesaid land divided into 2 equal shares by actual survey......Ludwig Kern sells to Simon Kern, the one undivided half part of the said tract.
