You will have to find a church or bible record to verify the marriage. Marriage Registries at the Perry County Court House were not kept until about 1888 [roughly] to present. I believe there was also a time back about 1852-1855 that they were kept also, but this may have just been Births and Deaths. Best of Luck to you finding a Marriage Documentation!
