I have a James Hill born about 1810 in Ireland (possibly the Down area) who emigrated with his wife Jane and 5 children: Thomas, James, Charles, Joseph and Jennie. They settled in the Perry Co., area. There were notes that refer to the family emigrating about 1855, but no records have ever been found. He died 21 Feb 1875 in Perry Co., and is buried in the Bethel Evangelical Methodist Cem. I would like to find any information on his emigration and his one son Charles. Charles married a lady by the name of Pettie and had a son James. Thanks for any help or advice Kelly Loveless
