Although the Swarthmore Meeting House may be a little far from Juniata or Perry County, it is my understanding that it is a fairly large group which has been in existence for a long time (I believe William Penn was directly affiliated with them), is still active and is affilated with Swarthmore College. Therefore, I thought they may have the resources to answer the question you posed in your original email. The other emails which have been sent in response to yours have mentioned other Quaker groups. I do not know their proximity to Juniata or Perry Counties -- they may very well be closer. However, I grew up in Pennsylvania and the Swarthmore group was the only group of which I had ever heard, at least in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Good luck.
