Steve and all, I must admit for it being a small town several families have come from there. My Powell ancestors are from there. I grew up in Lewistown. I live in Iowa now. The thing I miss the most is going down Route 22 along the river. Have a great week. I found this exchange quite humorous, because though I grew up and live in NC, my father was born and raised in Millerstown and had me to believe it was the center of the universe. ;) Truth is, for years it was the only town I knew in Perry County, and today it is still quite important to me because I have/had five generations of ancestors (Hall and Savercool) who live(d) there.
