Barbara: Read your message with interest for reasons other than your search for photos. I, alas, have none. However, I am wondering if you might be able to help me on my Gingerich family. I find this family very difficult to research. Having taken over the family history project from my mother, we have had a stonewall for about 30+ years ..... a Maria Elizabeth Gingerich who married into our Umberger line in the mid 1700's. All we have is her name and approximate dates but have not been able to link her up to parents or siblings. Here are the particulars: Maria Elizabeth Gingerich b. c. 1747 d. c. 1813 - probably Lebanon Twshp, Lancaster Co, PA m. Hans Leonard Umberger (28 Aug 1743 - 1818) - Lebanon Twshp, Lancaster Co PA Children: Elizabeth John Michael Mary Ann "Maria" Leonard, Jr. Regards, Barry Michie ----- Original Message ----- From: "Barbara" <brivas1@cox.net> To: <PAPERRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, May 08, 2004 10:16 AM Subject: [PA-Perry] Gingerich/Gingrich photographs > I'm searching for photographs of the following. Does anyone have any info on the STEWART or NELSON families? I'm looking for birth and marriage records for Joseph Stewart, born about 1818, and Margaret Jane Nelson, born March 1824. They married around 1842 and had a daughter, Martha Ellen, in 1843 or so. Thanks for any help. Lynn
Snyder's U.B. Churchyard, Wheatfield Twp. Does anyone know if there is any webpage with a listing of the graves in this cemetery? Thanks.
