    3. My Meisberger is Theobald MEISBERGER, Jr. b. 1837 in Prussia. I have some information on John b. 1842 and his descendents. I got the following information from another lister: Meisbergers found in St Edward's Cemetery in Shamokin: Meisberger Elizabeth w/o John Meisberger 9-5-1840 6-8-1879 Meisberger Michael A "Our Children" 9-22-1874 Meisberger Elizabeth "Our Children" 10-10-1870 9-21?-1871 Meisberger Theobald 12-25-1837 13-Jun-00 Meisberger Mary C wife 12-29-1842 9-25-1897 Meisberger John A 1862 1936 Meisberger William T 1869 1929 Meisberger Theodore 1886 1955 Meisberger Mayme wife 1887 1929 Meisberger William T WW2 1912 1976 Meisberger Anna A wife 1916 Meisberger John WW2 1899 1974 Meisberger Mary wife 1902 1981 I believe the first Elixabeth listed is your Elizabeth Rupp. I have their child Mary listed as Marietta. Current thought is that John, Theobald and a Magdelena are siblings and children of a Michael and Margaret Meisberger but there is no evidence to actually connect them except proximity. We are still looking. As you see we do not know where John is buried. Eileen -----Original Message----- From: Eric R. & Heather J. John born abt 1842 in Prussia married an Elizabeth Rupp abt 1863 had 5 children John Jr.1864, Barbara 1864, Mary 1868, George 1870 and Margaret 1872. If this sounds like your guy. I'd be ecstatic. Because I am researching the Rupp part of his wife and it may very well take me to their resting place. =) Waiting your reply. 3. Eileen Thank-you so much for that information on John and Elizabeth. The first Elizabeth is my "Rupp". Now it peaks my interest as to where John is?!? I just assumed he was with her. If I can be of any more help(I don't have much), please let me know. :) Thanks again, Heather ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eileen Souza" <eileen.souza@mindspring.com> To: <PANORTHU-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, March 20, 2005 2:37 PM Subject: RE: [PANORTHU-L] Researching in PA > My Meisberger is Theobald MEISBERGER, Jr. b. 1837 in Prussia.
