If you go to USGenweb and check the archives you can search by state...I have found a lot of information in the few searches I have done including in Northumberland Co. These Archives are for all the states and there are biographies, Land records, some census lists and histories, cemeteries and many other things. Just search in the state by the Surname or you can search First Name put and between and last name but put And between each word.
