John b. ca 1867 emigrated from England to the US 1885/1886 and married here Mary -?- before 1889. Their family in Mt. Carmel consisted of Clayton b. 1891; Sydney b. 1894; Frederick b. 1896; Norman b.1899, Annetta b. 1911, and Alma b. 1917. There may have been other children.
