I cannot make it out completely. The first name is of a doctor J.F. xxxxfield, and then the second is of the undertakers name at the bottom. It looks like John "something" and Sons. Both have addresses listed as Portage PA, and the certificate is from November 1906 Does anyone have a list of Dr.s or Undertakers that could possibly be a match?
