As a matter of fact, I think I am dead wrong. I believe that Peter 1824 is the son of Peter and Esther. In the 1860 census Esther is living with him and his family. She is probably widowed. I'm not sure who Peter 1804 connects with. I don't believe the Shadts are connected with the Sheddy/Shady clan. Most Shadts later became either Shade or remained Shadt or Schadt.
