From the Sunbury Daily Item, Sat., Aug. 20, 1938 LYNN SKETCH MAKER Henry LYNN, 941 Fort Augusta avenue, former sketch maker at the Sunbury Converting Works, who recently accepted a position at Providence, R. I., began his new duties this week and will move to that community in the near future. He is engaged with a dyeing concern in Providence as a sketch maker. Mr. LYNN resides with his mother and will take her along to his new location. MRS. MARGARET BERNER Mrs. Margaret BERNER, 83, wife of G. A. BERNER, city clerk of Pottsville for 63 years, died at her home Friday morning. She was 83. Mr. and Mrs. BERNER celebrated their 35th [numbers blurred, could be 55th ] wedding anniversary in July. Surviving are her husband, two daughters, a brother and a sister. SURGEON'S UNCLE DIES Dr. Evan C. REESE, assistant surgeon at Shamokin State Hospital, has been called to Hazleton by the death of his uncle, Ted BURGESS, a leader of that city who died suddenly. BIDDLE ARTHURS BURIED Biddle ARTHURS, Sr., Pittsburgh, prominently known in the city, was buried today in a Pittsburgh cemetery after services held at his home this afternoon. He was the husband of the former Miss Mary WOLVERTON, member of a pioneer city family. Mr. and Mrs. ARTHURS, although residing in Pittsburgh many years, visited here on numerous occasions. Yesterday a report that it was William ARTHURS who died was erroneous. Sue Marcus
