Hello, I'm trying to trace what happened to the Joseph F. Kirby family after 1880. According to the 1870 and 1880 Censuses, they lived in Sunbury, Northumberland Co., PA, from about 1869 or 1870 to sometime after 1880. The relevant 1870 and 1880 Census records are appended below (note the 1880 Census mention of Brosius, an oft-cited family in Northumberland Co. -- I separately posted on this earlier today.) I haven't yet checked the 1900 Census to see if anyone of the Kerby/ Kirby surname appears there, but unfortunately it is not indexed online. (Anyone with access to the 1900 Sunbury Census records?) Any help/advice to find out what happened to this Kirby/Kerby family would be most appreciated! My ultimate goal is to trace living descendents, if any, and see what genealogical information they may have. Thanks.
