The book by Dr. Schwalm indicates that is was in Upper Mahanoy Twp., Northumberland Co., but is now known as St. James Lutheran church in Pitman, Eldred Twp. in Schuylkill Co. Is this a case of a church being on a county line and rebuilding a few feet away puts it in another county, or has the location of the church been moved a few miles?
