Mame appears to be in her teens at the time the photograph was taken. The photograph is likely a school photograph and another photograph recovered along with this photo includes the inscription "Fem Sem" leading me to believe that was probably the school they attended. Other photographs recovered from the same source originated from studio in Shamokin, Pennsylvania so I believe that this photograph might also be from there. I'm hoping to locate someone from this family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of family.
