Teresa Ann RISHAR[1] was born on Aug 01, 1928 in Mount Carmel, Northumberland Co, PA She married John Anthony CESARI Sr on Jun 28, 1952 in Northumberland, Co, Pennsylvania. They had 2 children. iv.Rita RISHAR[1] was born on Apr 05, 1930 in Mount Carmel, Northumberland Co, PA. She died on Feb 28, 1988 in Cheektowaga, Erie Co, NY. She married Harold Henry Sauerbier.
