The closest I can find is a "Celara M. Bastian" (in the index) that looks like "Clara" when you view the actual image. She is 44, a widow, and born in PA. Living with her is a son Howard, age 19?. There is other indexed BASTIAN/BOSTIAN in Northumberland with a first name that is remotely like Celestia. This is on 5th Street in Sunbury.
