Aaron: Don't know for sure, however very doubtful (in my thinking) such a church existed on what was basically the American frontier, especially since the English and their religious thinking weren't too popular in that era. The American Episcopal Church came into being after the revolution, specifically by proclamation in Philadelphia October 1789. Reference, Book of Common Prayer 1928 edition.
