Elizabeth Persing CHERRY sells land to her son in-law David MOYER that was  once standing and was owned by Isaac WOLVERTON  heirs Also interesting the PERSINGS and WOLVERTONS are from NJ   N DEED BOOK VV PAGE 406 ELIZABETH PERSING (WIDOW) IS SELLING TO DAVID MOYER ...THAT 5 ACRES AND 50 PERCHES NEXT TO PROPERTY OF WILLIAM PERSING AND PETER DIMIG'S LAND . AND THIS ELIABETH PERSING NOW SELLS IT TO DAVID MOYER .IN MARCH 7 1865,, AND IT PASSES BY ISAAC WOLVERTON'S HEIRS LAND AND HE ALSO BOUGHT  THE OTHER LOT TOO PAGE 406 SAYS THAT THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN IN THE HANDS OF MATTHIAS PERSING THEN HIS ADMINISTRATOR  PUT IT UP FOR AUCTION  AND IN 1828 ISAAC WOLVERTON BOUGHT IT Alexander W. Johnston, executor of Alice Johnston,  executrix of Francis Johnston, by his attorney in fact, Ebenezer Greenough,  to Roger Wolverton, administrator of John Cherry,  deceased; deed dated November 22, 1881; consideration, five hundred sixty-two dollars, for the undivided, (now the divided) two thirds interest in the Samuel Clark survey. - Entered, May 19,1882, in Deed Book Y, p.265.
