I have been looking for a Lucy Stiver she may have been married to a Garver, or possibly a Glover or something simular. My G-G-G-Grandfather has a letter that mentioned he has a sister name Lucy Garver but the last name spelling was scribbled. She may have been born around Chillisquaque Twp or Union County Hartley Twp. around 1800 but I have not been able to locate the mother and the father was John Stiver who died around 1820. The grandfather left provisions for the 3 boys under age 14 in the Orphans Court records. My 3-G-Grandfather was Jonathon Stiver. I would greatly appreciate any help on finding information on Lucy.
