Edward was born in 1864 in Tamaqua which is just across the border from Locust Gap. He later lived in both places. Edward's wife & family (w/ my grandfather, Thomas and sister Helen) resided in Locust Gap. He was born in 1898. All of your names are repeated within the family and if you Thomas was a first born male, it was a Catholic trasdition to name the firstborn male after the father....thus, making James, father likely to be Thomas (the same Thomas of Edward). This father Thomas was the son of the original immigrant Laughlin Delaney from Castlecomer, Ireland also anachrite mining town.
