The Northumberland County Historical Society has transcripts of the Stone Valley and Himmels records (the latter have also been published in book form by the Society), but I'm not sure about St. Jacobs.  I'm also doubtful the Stone Valley records go back to 1740; Himmel's was the first permanent congregation established in the county in 1774, and the earliest records I've seen for Stone Valley date back to 1777.
