The News Item edition Friday June 24, 2005 carried the obituary of Dr. Joseph Meiser on Wed. in Kentucky. He and his late wife, Ann, published more than 50 books pertaining to individual families and cemetery records of Northumberland and surrounding counties. He was always a gentleman, advisor, and advocate to myself as I learned how to research genealogy. His legacy will live on for many years in libraries all over the country. Linda
